I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. It did take one extra email to fully get everything sorted, but they were friendly and easy to deal with. Overall, a good experience

The return did get handled in the end, and the guarantee worked like they said it would. The refund took a bit longer than I feel like it should have, though, so I was kind of left wondering if it would’ve been processed without me keeping an eye on it.

Uh, the box was smashed when it arrived, and the plant looked half dead. There was soil spilled everywhere too, so it was kind of a mess to open.

I ordered a few plants from Nature Hills, and the shipping was just okay. It wasn’t super slow or anything, but it also didn’t arrive as quickly as I was hoping.

The timing was a little tricky to plan around. My sister was going to help me get them planted, but the delivery window felt kind of vague, so I wasn’t really sure when to expect them or when to make sure someone was home.

The plants did show up in good shape overall, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the shipping had been a bit more predictable. Not a bad experience, just not amazing.

I felt like the prices were fair, and for what I needed, it was a good value overall.

I was really disappointed with this order. It took forever to ship, and when it finally showed up, I had the wrong plants and some items were missing. I expected maybe a simple fix, but there were just too many steps to deal with the issue, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Not a great experience.

Both plants showed up looking bad... wilted, brown leaves, and the roots were really dry. I tried to save them by watering and giving them a chance, but one died within a week. i’m disappointed.
